Tim Stawicki is a senior Health and Benefits consultant in Willis Towers Watson’s Chicago office. With over fifteen years supporting his clients in the market, he assists with the analysis of employee benefit programs through his work on determining appropriate benefit strategies, setting premium-equivalent rates and contributions, comparing vendor program offerings and financial data, and renewing vendor contracts. Tim has worked on a variety of projects including benefit harmonization strategies, vendor procurements, development of several of Willis Towers Watson’s national actuarial tools and data analysis for Willis Towers Watson’s proprietary medical discount warehouse. Currently, Tim serves as US actuarial community lead for health and benefits. Tim holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated with highest honors. He also is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a licensed producer of health and life insurance in the state of Illinois.
